Beds were made and self check-in was convenient. The location was good, close to shops and with a nice view.

The property was dirty and poorly maintained. There was an ant infestation and questionable cleanliness of the bedding.

The chalet at Great Holidays Hemsby was absolutely charming and cozy! The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable, making us feel right at home.

Personally, I found the bathroom a bit small for my liking, but others might still find it perfectly functional.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The electric shower in our room was hot and powerful, making for a refreshing and enjoyable shower experience. The self check-in process was smooth and convenient, especially once we received the code. The beds were already made, saving us time and effort. The hotel's location was good, and although it was a bit difficult to find the hotel at first, it was still conveniently situated. The value for money was definitely worth it.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

Difficult to find the property.

The location was convenient, although somewhat challenging to find. Self check-in was efficient, with pre-made beds available. The chalet provided ample space in the bedrooms and lounge, with a pleasant view. The electric shower was satisfyingly hot and had good water pressure. Easy parking was available.

Stayed at a charming chalet with a "lovely" broken TV, blood on the fridge handle, and surprise visits from electric coin box guy. So glad I had to clean the bathroom and bring my own towels. Absolute delight.

What a shame I didn't have a chance to enjoy the dead park and closed club during my stay!

Our recent stay at Great Holidays was a complete nightmare. The hotel was dirty, with food debris under the table and on the sofa. The bathroom had hair and other debris on the floor, and there were damp and matted bathroom mats. The beds were uncomfortable with visible stains, and the mattresses had springs poking out. We even found a pair of shorts in one of the wardrobes. The cleanliness was unacceptable for the price we paid. Unfortunately, we didn't have time to find alternative accommodation due to attending a wedding. We definitely won't be staying here again. I cannot recommend this hotel.

The location was absolutely mind-blowing, with breathtaking views and easy access to the beach. The chalet itself is jig, offering spacious bedrooms and a lounge area that had me in awe. The electric shower was super hot and powerful, providing the perfect way to relax after a long day of exploring. Parking was a breeze and the value for money was excellent. I also appreciated the convenience of having shops close by. my stay was jaw-droppingly fantastic, with nothing to dislike about the property. I would highly recommend this place for a great vacation experience.
